Refund & Cancellation Policy
Hobifi is a technology platform that connects you with independent instructors and studios ("service providers"). The class itself is provided by that service provider, not by Hobifi. Each provider sets their own prices and their own cancellation deadline, and refunds are based on that deadline.
How refunds work
When you book a class, you'll see the provider's cancellation deadline. Whether you're eligible for a refund depends on when you cancel relative to that deadline:
Full refund
Cancel on or before the provider's stated deadline and your payment is refunded in full.
Partial refund
Cancel after the deadline but within the provider's stated grace window and you may receive a partial refund, as set by that provider.
No refund
Cancel too late, or miss the class without cancelling, and the booking may be non-refundable.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 7 days of approval, unless we agree a different method with you. Your bank may take a few extra business days to show it on your statement.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, including the right to withdraw from a contract made at a distance where that right applies. See our Terms & Conditions for the full booking terms.
Classes changed or cancelled by the provider
If a service provider cancels or significantly reschedules a class, you are entitled to a full refund of that booking, regardless of the deadlines above. If you prefer, we can move you to another date at no extra cost instead.
Need help with a refund?
If something isn't right with a booking or a refund, contact us and we'll help sort it out with the provider. Where a booking is disputed or a class wasn't delivered as promised, we can hold the provider's payment while we look into it, so your case is handled fairly.
